What a useful QC set includes
QC should identify the allocated watch and expose visible or functional issues before dispatch. It should not be a recycled marketing gallery. Request a dated set tied to the order.
- Straight-on dial and rehaut view
- Both case sides, crown and pushers where present
- Bezel alignment and action
- Bracelet, clasp and internal markings
- Date, GMT or chronograph operation where applicable
- Winding, setting and timegrapher video
Approval does not erase the warranty
Visual approval covers issues reasonably visible in the supplied media. Written warranty and transit terms should explain what happens if the watch arrives damaged or develops a covered fault.
